frequently asked questions

Custom sizing?

If you are interested in a size that is not available in our shop, please send us an email and we’ll see what we can do. To preserve the integrity of our images, we do not print larger than 120cm x 120cm.

Printing and framing?

Our trusted partners print and frame each image with care in Abbotsford, Melbourne.

Because your space deserves that best we have chosen giclée print to a 310 gsm 100% cotton rag for each of our images. In non-photo-geek talk, this means your image will be archival quality and guaranteed not to fade or bleed for up to 100 years.

For framing we use museum-grade 3mm Plexiglass, which is lighter than glass, shatterproof, and keeps your photo safe from UV rays. Our frames are made from locally and sustainably sourced Victorian Ash and Tasmanian Oak, adding an extra touch of natural beauty to your space.

Shipping?

We’ve got your shipping covered anywhere in Australia. Your frame or print will be lovingly bubble-wrapped and packed in custom double-wall cardboard and delivered stright to your door. You’ll get an email with tracking details once it’s on its way.

Timeframe?

Once you confirm your order, we’ll pass it on to the manufacturers within 48 hours. From there, it’s a short wait—about two weeks—before it arrives at your doorstep.

Returns?

Since each order is made specifically for you, we can’t accept returns. So take your time choosing, and feel free to ask us anything before you hit that purchase button. Every piece is crafted to match your unique vision, ready to transform your space.

Damages?

Although we take all precaucions against it, and it’s very rare, accidents do happen. If you’re print or frame arrives damaged please let us know as soon as possible. Our courier is insured against loss or damage so if something goes wrong, we’ll sort it out quickly with a replacement.
